This Gifts of Anger workshop explores anger as one of the most misunderstood of emotions:  

We assert that the emotion of anger can help you identify and move you towards what is most important for you. It will bring you into a deeper understanding of yourself.

 In this interactive workshop we will:

  • Explore the misconceptions about anger. 

  • Look at how those misconceptions have shaped our views and behavior toward anger.

  • Assert that anger doesn’t have to lead to damaging behaviors.

  • Discuss how anger can be a healthy, energizing emotion that alerts us about our own wants  and needs.

  • Implement the P.A.C.E. method for understanding your own anger and what to do with it.

  • Learn to respect anger, even embrace it as a gift that teaches us about ourselves.

  • Grow closer to full self-expression or self-mastery.
